4th of July question

the question that i love the most.....

My wife's friend asked me:

" Do you celebrate 4th of July in Italy?"

My wife: American
Her friend:American
Myself: italian

I am not sure if i like the most this question or when they ask me if we celebrate Christmas in Italy.....
