something similar. it's a custom php script that's syndicating sponsors' feeds and publishing them. there's a thing called trackback, and he probably linked from his site. that's why this content appeared on the site.

Using "Bangbus" or "Bangbros" in a domain name is totally ok if you ask me.

They refer to paid listings in search engines, not general search engine listings/rankings or domain names. The reason is probably that they don't want their trademrk to be used as keyword to promote other sites not in this bangbros network, similar to the shit going on with "Jordan Capri" and people abusing her popularity to promote sites outside the lightspeed network.
