If someone is making threats on the web on you, you can report them to the police. I mean their threat is being written on line. That person can actually be arrested. I guess it means how seriously you take that threat, they are some creazy people on the web, so you need to be carefull

I have had it happen to me one on another board a while back. I called the cops, screencapped the page, emailed it and faxed it to them. Filed a police report. Got an automatic restraining order, and the other guy had to go to court.

Making it public record is the key to ending it if you really are concerned.

Threats on message boards are just dumb. If you wouldn't say it in person, don't say it on a board.
