My wife : " Why do you even play with someone like that, what do you have to prove ?"
" you have two kids, a grandaughter, a great house, and a good business, we live a comfortable life , what happens to all of that if you get arrested, you have prior assult charges already from a decade ago. Is florida a three strikes state ? is it worth the risk of that ? or what if you break your hand hitting the guy? Or what if you pull a muscle or hurt yourself , how will you complete the work you are doing in the two weeks you are in florida from a hospital or a jail cell, or injured? why bother ?"
" you are not a kid in high school anymore, or a bouncer in a bar, those days are behind you , you need to act your age"
" the guy already threatened to sue you,and have you arrested, posting on a message board that he wont does not legally bind him not to, you are in a trap, and what do you win ?"
" he probably has nothing, you have money, why take a chance like that with our livelyhood to prove to someone you still got it ?"
" does this help our life or set any examples for your kids to follow , fighting? You do not have to live in that life anymore now and havent for a long time , what is the gain from it all? pride ? Ego? for what ?
" is proving you are tough to a bunch of kids , really worth changing business meetings, and upsetting your partners to you ? "

My lawyer : " there is NO fool proof way for you not to get sued or arrested after the fight , nothing he says on a message board is legal defense of this if he changes his mind after the fact , and what we will he have pride wise to save, at that point HE LOST already, he has everything to gain by taking your money, and nothing to lose. Is giving a guy some bruises and saying you won a fight worth that ?"
" you have just acquired a business with multiple millions in assets, with several partners that you would put at risk as well"
" you Manage a program worth over a million and a half dollars what happens if you are not there to continue because you are in jail or worst, what if he wins and you get hurt "
" as your personal attorney I adamantly advise you to not participate in this "
" as your business attorney I must demand that you not participate in this or you risk all partners involved as it is a legal business conference and can be inferred that you are there on company time therfore the company can be held liable for your actions while attending the conference"

" We have a very succesful business and those morons that taunt you are nothing but scammers and thiefs from an era ago that caused great harm to the adult web industry and adult business as a whole by their actions what makes you think their lacky has any more morals or honor than them?, some of them are not even allowed in the country due to their law violations, why do you care what they say or think ?"
" Since our lawyer called me and told me of your intentions I must ask you why you would risk the multiple business and multiple millions of dollars in assest we have now, to prove a point of how tough you are, to someone that wont even be around in another year "

So in interest of my Business,My partners wishes and thoughtful insight into my actions, and My families wishes ( namely my wife ) I must allow maturity to prevail and pass on any kind of fighting.
I reget three things, 1.) that I put my Partners and family through this conversation and humility with my actions.
2.) That we live in a world were you grow up a fighter from the street and have to live like a lawyer and a banker once you become succeful if you wish to keep it . I think I might have been born a century to early LOL
3.) that I am not 20 now instead of 40 so it is all not excused as easily when you act like a fool and let emotions take over your actions.
StuartD you were right in saying I need to remember why I did not want to do this anymore. I messed up by allowing a bunch of idiots to bring me to that level ( again).
I know who I am and what my skills are and when to use them out of necassity, I really do not care if someone thinks I am tough or not I have spent a big part of my life proving that and it led to NOTHING good LOL other than to make me feel better about beating up bullies when they are trying to keep the underdog down.
So I guess flame away idiots call me your worst or start a million threads saying I am scared or do what you want as I will not be entertaining you anymore . names have never hurt me and if you are calling me names chances are we would not have done any business anyway, so your thoughts of me mean nothing .

Now for the business part, we are doing a lot of growth and have a lot of things to talk to business people about, we have traffic,we have content , we have propietary software , we have paysites, we have our own money so lets do some business together that is mutually benificial and makes us all some more money! I do have very smart and capable Business partners,at this internet game. As well as a terrific staff of people willing to help you anyway they can. We are Partners with two of the best content producers ever in the history of the adult industry as well. I will move on to doing what I do best and working in person with people and facilitating our growth that way. The people we do business with know what I do and that is all that matters to us, is our bottom line. We use our special talents collectivly to get us where we want to be .( it takes a great TEAM, to win a championship, not any individuals)
