jaYManCash has begun the process to remove SabbyVanRyan.com and CarlyMoore.com from it's affiliate program, effective immediately. The decision was both amicable and mutual between all parties; We wish Sabby and Carly all the best in their careers and will gladly assist them in any project that they may be involved with in the future. We are at this time asking all affiliate partners remove any promotional links and/or content featuring Carly Moore or Sabby Van Ryan at your earliest convenience. The front end of the sites will remain active and accepting incoming links for at least the next 30 days. At that point the tour for SabbyVanRyan will be removed and all incoming traffic will be redirected to other sites within the JMC program so no traffic is lost or goes un-credited. For CarlyMoore.com incoming links, after the site is removed from JMC, Carly intends to maintain and service the site on her own. Unbelievable! Carly Moore couldn't have been live more than a few months. I had put up links to both Carly and Sabby that were to go live next week.

I think I'll just drop everything with JaymanCash. I love that new Liz Vicious girl, but with this, she'll probably be gone in a month or two anyways.

I had a lot of respect for JayManCash and always heard great things about them which was why I felt safe signing up and having someone put together the work and effort into building pages/content for them. This has changed my mind 100%.

Considering the parting appears to have been amicable, I'm sure affiliates would have appreciated the transfer of ownership of the content for Carlymoore.com so that content wouldn't have to be removed. I don't promote it, but it's something I'd have been appreciative of and it would have given a little positive to a negative situation.

That being said, I obviously don't know the whole story.

What happened to CONTRACTS and why would you not have at least a 3 year deal BEFORE you released a site for affiliate promotion?

I have a lot of respect for Jayman and all that he has done, but this latest development does not bode well for his program(s).

Yes it was a hard thing to release this email knowing everyones reaction to it...

We stand fully behind ALL our sites ... Yes even the ones we are removing ... This is why we are giving 30 days notice and letting the current members rebill out... Sometimes things happen that cause problems in this buisness....

There IS NO DRAMA here just 2 programs that wish to take a different path and we stand behind them 100 % in whatever they decide to do.

Carly is indeed going to maintain her site herself and we are willing to help any affiliates with whatever is needed to change link codes or whatever is needed there....

All other sites in our line up are stable and in no danger of coming down..

If anyone has any problems or needs help in the next 30 days changing out link codes or galleries for that fact hit me up and Ill make sure to give as much help as needed so this transition is as smooth as it can be....

I am not splitting because I think I am going to make more money. I know it is going to be hard at first, to build up a good reputation. I know I am going to be losing money for awhile. I do not think by leaving JayManCash I am going to be cashing bigger checks.

The split might be ammicable, but both sides are getting fucked.

Carly, you are going to have a hard time getting people to switch over to your program after this. Most webmasters don't like having to swap out links and such, and in the end will stick to programs they can trust not to close up in 3 months.

As for JaymanCash, it's a huge knock. Especially considering the push another new model Liz Viciouz is getting. I no longer can trust them with my time, money, or effort. Will Liz jump ship too in a month?

I don't know you but I can honestly tell you that starting out now afterthis deal will be 10,000 times harder than if you had just fulfilled your obgligation to JayMan and the affiliates. How many people do you think will be lining up to promote you when the deck is stacked against you?

With JayMan you had a solid program and the rep of some really decent people to back you. Now you have the ire of affiliates that have to spend more time taking your content down. Do you really think that they will invest even more time in promoting you when you are on your own given the fact that there is every chance that you will fail?

Take my advice and get back in line and dance with the one what brung ya.

Who said that Carly didn't fulfill her obligation? Perhaps it is JMC that didn't fulfill their obligation. Perhaps it's just like they said, that things were mutual.

Actually people who are posting about this are those that have spent time and money building pages and content to promote you. They are people who have sent you sales on a program that was revshare, which means they lose every sale they sent you in 30 days. Perhaps losing money and time is "fun drama", some see it as a nuissance and pain in the ass.

It would be nice to see if you could "buy" the memberships that are already in place for your new program so that those who are sending sales and have current members don't lose all the revshare sales they've sent.
