I too have never had a problem with my epass. It works great for me and made my life easier. I love my electron card!

I have had issues with epass but they have all been handled well. I don't doubt that many people have severe issues with them.. just knock on wood that it doesn't happen to you :P

I'd say ePass is best at the moment, when there is no other option available. Yes, their support sucks .. but overall they are alright. For me, its 10 times better than waiting for checks and then deposit and wait again to them cleared. ePass is just next to cash.

i like epass too. I had a stint where I didn't but it was just because of their verification process. They should just make all the members do it before their account is even activated. It would save a lot of hassle.
