Income Information
My sales are all mixed between my sites and I can only give you a CONSERVATIVE estimate of what sales the site itself makes. I do not have screenshots of seperated income only totals for all my sites. The site brings in sales easily of $500+ USD/month.
Why are you selling?
Over the last few years in the adult business I have acquired a much larger portfolio than I had anticipated and I am one older guy with kids and not much time to keep spreading myself thin. Suffice to say I find I need to scale back my operations, as well as take a long deserved winter vacation. I would never leave the adult biz, I mean come on this is a dream job!
How much updating does this site take?
Less than one hour a day to update if you are organized. It could be automated to some extent if you wanted to run Wordpress with rss2blog plugin or Chios great product if you are looking for something automated.
What is the BIN?
I am going to place the buy it now price for this site at $1999 USD.
YOU CAN MAKE AN OFFER LOWER THAN THE BIN. ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED.
At this BIN price you only need to make less than $6 per day on this site for a year to make back your money, or less than $7 per day in 10 months, or $8 per day in 8 months, or $11 per day for 6 months!
What is the payment method?
I prefer epassporte but other options can be discussed.
