You know what, you are really owning yourself here, I said I had to let them drop, I already went through it all, attorney and all, I do not own the domains anymore, because I was useing one to sell Ipod minis and the other to sell ebaying secrets.....


The only reason I had to stop using them is because I was using them to push related products..... and they can't take shit, all they can do it make you let it sit dormant till it drops..........



In this case for this domain there is nothing that they can or will want to do what so ever.... as long as the domain is not used for anything to do with drinks, it don't even need a disclaimer on the bottom, that is just for extra protection....

I can flat out tell you that you are absolutely wrong about them not being able to yank the domain from you. I've known dozens of webmasters that have registered domains infringing on the trademarks of well known companies and they have lost the domains without any say so.
