Sep 2006 Revenue: $230.39 / Visitors: 811 / CTR: 35.02% / RPC: $0.81
Oct 2006 Revenue: $276.26 / Visitors: 924 / CTR: 31.17% / RPC: $0.96
Nov 2006 Revenue: $322.20 / Visitors: 1,116 / CTR: 33.60% / RPC: $0.86

Jewelbox / "jewel box" is a generic dictionary term with great results in google for not just jewelry boxes but cd/dvd jewel cases. With DomainSponsor's new landing pages (setup after 10/20/2006), there's potential for the domain's revenue to grow exponentially. Plus, DomainSponsor will be allowing full landing page customization options soon. Obviously, you'll be using your choice of landing page company or developing the domain on your own.

The asking price is based on $300/month and I'm looking for 8x (years).
($300 x 96 = $28,800)
You can make a lower counteroffer, but please keep in mind... speedy payment will bring the largest discount (perhaps only multiple of 6x-7x if payment is made to Escrow.com by 12/7). If you are interested, let me know and I will forward you the EXCEL info for last 3 months. Looking to close the deal before December 7, 2006. If you can pay within 24 hours, I will drop the price down to $22,500 (firm). The lower pricepoint expires within 24 hours, after that time, feel free to negotiate. Once again, price is a factor but speedy payment is also taken into consideration.

Domain is at GoDaddy. Transaction will be thru ESCROW.com ONLY & domain PUSH to your new/existing GoDaddy account.

This will be posted to multiple domain boards and go out to my list of domain buyers. And no bullshit posts about the domain name or the multiple I'm asking for... I couldn't care less... the domain is monetizing and I've received that multiple many times.

Perhaps, but several deals like that recently. I've sold a few for 8 years, and one as high as 11. I have no desire to sell for 4 years revenue. Domains w/parking Revenue are only increasing EXPONENTIALLY. Add in the fact that you can shop it around at over 7 different parking companies to test revenue and with some offering customization features, 8 years should be the standard, if not now, then very soon it may be. Especially with all the consolidation going on in the industry, some companies are offering 100 months revenue.

fyi, if someone is willing to offer speedy payment, then I obviously have no problem discounting the domain to a lower multiple of 6x or 7x. Payment within 24 hours might even convince me to drop it down to 5x.

keep in mind, yes the domain is parked, but we are only seeing 25% of it's actual parking revenue (after google/yahoo's 50% cut, and the parking company's 25% cut)

Plus, JewelBox is a fantastic domain if one wishes to build their own storefront/landing page with affiliate sponsors.
