Racist and defamation of character

To whoever it may concern. I'm writing you this mail,
to both prepare and prevent you from being involved in
the upcoming lawsuit against a person working for you
and representing your company on several Webmaster
oriented boards.

Let me quote my law firm:
(Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A.)
"individual who is the subject of defamatory
statements can sue the person or organization making
the statements for damages, including loss of income.
In addition, in extreme cases, individuals can recover
punitive damages as a result of defamation"

I advice you to clarify to both me and the community,
weather or not the person know as "stickyfingers" is a
formal representative of your company or is acting as
a individual when making false and harmful statements
against my name, company and honesty.

The person was given formal notice more then 82 hours
ago, and have failed to act on it. Therefor I'm forced
to escalate this to the next level to protect both my
company name and resonal reputation.

The profit from the lawsuit will be donated to the
Free Speech Coalition.

First off I just got off the phone with Mansfield, Tanick & Cohen, P.A. They have no idea who you are. You are not a client, and you do not have a case even if you were. Attorneys cost money. You dont have any. They were less than pleased that you falsely are using their name in order to threaten me. You may want to from now on choose your steps, your words, and your actions VERY carefully. See what you just did was in fact an attempt at defamation of character against me. What I did was post a picture of your balding head on someone elses body, and quote a post that you started on your own.

I'm on the 7th year connected to the IT world working with both service, sales and development as a working field.

Until recently I've been attached to a company but have chosen to become self employed since I have need for more flexibility, so that I can develop my new project: remote monitoring/alarm.

This project needs an investor (Roughly 250,000 kroner / Approx: $40,000, budget will be shown to interested.) it is expected to have a profit for the investor at around 240,000 kroner per year.

I've spoken with the bank, but they can't help me because of my tax debt

Alternatively I can wait another year and save the money I'm making from IT services, but the problem is that the market is EXTREMELY open for monitoring right now.

Lets break this down now.


1.Ebus calls ME out over a silly little picture done as a joke with no real harm intended. He threatens to have all my domains pulled, and get my host to shut me down... Ok ya what the fuck ever

(I had a picture of me PUBLISHED in fucking XBIZ this year that someone had photoshopped of me without permission from me. IN A FUCKING MAGAZINE. Did I make a stink about it? Nope. I laughed it off and took it as kind of a compliment to getting my name known better in the industry. All cool all good.)


2. He then dares me to find ANY domain that he runs or owns that is in English, and not in his little under construction list. If I find some he will pay me 500.00 PER domain. I found 4. No money sent yet.

3. He then gets totally owned AGAIN when he changes one of the links in his under construction list to include a domain name I found AFTER I posted about it. He flat out LIES that it has been there since DEC 2nd. Imagine the fun when PocketKangaroo finds a cache from DEC 5th and that domain name is NOT in the list. Owned again. Now shown to be a flat out liar. When called on it he says " I dont give a shit"


4. So after poking a little fun about it all I and everyone else let the threads die.

5. Zoom forward to today. He sends a letter to SplitInfinity that I do sales for claiming he is filing a suit for defamation of character against me for this picture, and for quoting a post HE MADE showing he is clearly racist. He uses the name of an attorney located in Minnesota thousands of miles away from me. I call this attorney, and they have never heard of him, and he is NOT a client. MORE LIES.

So when Im pushed I push back. I got the full low down on el creepo.

A. Lives with parents
B. Is in debt to the federal government of Denmark and because of this cannot get credit.
C. Is possibly gay and in denial...

Actually that is not completely true. According to our Danish laws we can choose to declare the money we make as "B-indkomst", which means that we have to pay at least 40+% in taxes and can't write off anything.
The approx 10k rule is based around a principle concerning whether or not the company is a hobby or an actual livelyhood and of the company is allowed to write off things. To be allowed to use tax write off's a Danish company has to have a CVR number, that is true. Not that it matters in Ebus owning himself

I don't know Ebus and I would be the last to defend him, since I have a very strong opinion against rasicm and he has displayed convictions in that direction. But the thread from the Danish forum is 3 years old and probably not relevant in this self-owning.

Btw. How come you know so much about the danish laws and is able to accuratly translate danish texts?
