Happy New Year from the Team at ePassporte! We launched 4 years ago today!

We wanted to let you know we have given ePassporte’s website a new look, with enhanced functionality to give our valued customers a better online experience.

The new site allows for the creation of new accounts in a faster and easier manner, provides you with PDF Account Statements, on demand and many other user-friendly functions. Check it out!

ePassporte is also launching a new Cash Load option, which allows Account Holders to make a deposit at major US Banks (US only for now) to load and reload their account. This is particularly important for those wanting to send money to friends and family and avoid costly fees from Western Union.

And coming soon, ePassporte Rewards, which will allow you to earn points, based upon the money you load and reload, then redeem those points for goods and services, online, at major E-tailers.

It will renew automatically.
You will receive a new expiration date and new CVV2 number to your message center when it renews.

The annual fee for the VISA Electron is $35.

rewards program sounds cool but other than the new design that will be the only thing that helps me...when do you expect that to be up? Also, I just requested a December .pdf and they say it would be in my message center within 24 hours. Shouldnt I be able to get my transaction details right away.

Replacement cards are never free... we kept getting nailed $35 each, even on ones that weren't lost/stolen replacements.. just new cards for the year

We are still looking into a withdrawal option to banks in Canada.

Hey same for me. I login...Then I see the terms page... I agree, and then I see anotherlogin screen. However, 'something' did login. Because at the right top, I see 4 new messages...When I click it, I goto the login window...

I would change a bit the 3-photos from the end of the page, they look 100% taken from a free template
Besides that, facelifts are always welcomed
