ePass question regarding ATM in Romania

Hi..

Knowing that the regulation has been updated, im not sure what wil happen when i use my card in Romania where i have my holiday. Or when i logon from a Romanian provider if this will put my account under a temp hold.

Im dutch, and all my companie info is also in Holland.
Pls comfirm to me if i can use ePass with out problems in Romania and this will not end up in a temp closed account.
