hahahahahaha servers down

I have a server with hahahahahaha. They moved to a new data center last night and the server were suppose to be offline overnight which is understandable. But its now after 10:30 pm and my server has been down now almost 24 hours and I have no idea when it will be back up. Tech support simply tells me "please be patient". Is anyone else here with hahahahahaha and is your server down too?

Now I hate them too. I was happy with them before but the way they handle the server migration was really poor. I am sure they will lose a lot of customers because of this. They will lose my biz.

With all due respect, there's no need to be a whore in this situation. Regardless of whether or not you have respect for the host, have some for their clients and show some class and wish them good luck.

I certainly hope service is restored soon, situations like this affect many livelihoods.

I woke up this morning at 7 am to find a message that my server restored at 4 am. But when I check my sites they are still offline. Apparently, the server is running but not apache. Its more than 36 hours and my sites are still offline. This is terrible customer service. These guys (c h o o p a) are assholes.
