I use the ... all the time, it's my thing...so I pay attention to who uses it for some reason. In their case, it's alway at the end of a sentence.

I could go on with a few more things, but this is the one that jumps out at you.

Most people want cheap and reliable, they take quality as a bonus, but when they pay $15 a job they're not going to get davinci.

Any 1/2 decent designer who's been around a while has so much repeat work they don't need to look for work from new people and worry about getting paid etc. There are some great new designers out there, but takes a while to go through all the shite.

Although saying that my 3 year stint with mostly one company is coming to an end, So I'll have to start whoring for work again soon...
