After you turned the whole story around and acted as if I never tried getting in touch with you, I decided that no, I am not responding to this matter any longer. I am not letting you tear me down because I am above it.

The prices I gave you were at DISCOUNT rate... of almost 1/2 my normal rate. Those prices don't apply after 6 months of YOU not responding to ME.

Call it what you want, but I call it "getting bumped up to regular rate". At which the money you paid is almost enough for the work I have done... almost.

And as a side note...
I was told to cutout the girls and put them in place, slice the document because you were unable to, I said I could slice them with photoshop cause I don't use fireworks very often.

Some girls were missing parts of their heads or missing feet (which at one point I even superimposed/drew a new foot from scratch) and other reasons for the girls to be positioned the way that they were... which through my eyes (and my experience) looked VERY well done.

Perhaps that is why you stopped responding to me, who knows, but I DID TRY!!! MANY TIMES!!! and I didn't hear from you until 6 months later. And again now... even 6 months later also... over a year! Get over it.

why don't you post the original logs because you have completely misrepresented what was said

i never asked you to do anything in fireworks if it was designed that way i would never have need to hire you at all

2. the original zip had 10 different cutout provided

7 absolutely matched the specs because i gave tootie the uncut out versions of those pictures so she could design something that uniformly matched those specs.

The content was the design sets from adultcontent.com so it was very easy for me to remove the white background using the wand wizard in fireworks.

as for the logs i kept them

log into your paypal accounts i made sure there was a summary of what you were supposed to do WITH THE PAYMENT

This is a deposit for design work that will be provided in the future.

20 sites would be developed fully with an additional number (cut outs already done)for free.

The work would consist of cuting out the girl from the background and layering them into the existing template(s), changing the text, color scheme to match the girl site.

in the case where only a portion of the cut outs are available the remaining work will be charged to the full design slots on a pro rated basis (if 2/3 of the cut out are done then it would count for 1/3 of a full slot)

as for the exact wording of what was said in the chat logs i remember you ask what to do if the picture did not fix

and i said something like
"pick another image and cut the background out and charge it against the total on a pro rated basis" that how we got the pro-rated basis in the quote.

You were never asked to "superimposed/drew a new foot from scratch" in fact not only was it not in scope it was expressly excluded.


as to why i didn't contact you in months
1. i never heard from you
2. you told me you need time, and asked if it was ok to put me on the back burner
3. I told you my launch date was until the begining of th year so i only hit you up when the project should have been due.


you know this because you referenced me getting angry at you in the last thread

i will admit i got very angry at you at the point
i never heard one peep from you during that time frame
you were given a dozen girl sets
three didn't work
and instead of doing any of the ones that would work
instead of finding a picture of the girl from the 1000 of pictures available you did a whole bunch of design editing changes which i never asked you to do.

at the end of the conversation you admitted you didnt do what you agreed to do but claimed you did have time to do the work now because you were busy.

And i bent over backwards again and agreed to let you keep half (or the same amound of money that tootie got for doing the design in the first place) for tranfering the slices over to a fireworks png.

$ 75 and all you had to do was open up tootie's design in photoshop
click on each slice record the x , y length width values
open up the psd in fireworks and enter those values
then save it as a png

and when i hit you up asking you to contact me nicely you jump down my throat

Why do you believe you have a right to keep the money when you not only did do what you were asked to do but did work that was expressly prohibited by the scope definition.
