Why are there different sections on this forum?

It's not like anyone cares anymore. I didnt know you could sell/advertise sigs for sale in this part of the forum. I also didnt know you could sell domains here either!.. Could have sworn that was what the "Sell and Buy Forum" part was for.. oh well i guess im old fashion like that.
