PMD is a movie link list that I setup last year, using the best of everything: scripts, logo, custom programming. I ran it for a month but, with limited time, was forced to let it sit and gather dust. I can see now that I'm never going to have the time to devote to it, which is a shame because it has such massive potential I think.
I've had many serious offers over $2,000 in the past. I refused them because I thought I might someday have enough spare time to run PMD. If you buy this site today, you could probably flip it in a month or two, once you have some earnings stats, for 2 or 3 times the cost of purchase. Alternatively, if you update and care for this site, you're entering the movie link list market with a Cadillac, ensuring you the best chance of success.

Directory Script : Gossamer Links (Best LL script on market / retails at $450)
Logo : Custom Logo by Twisted Illustration (comes with psds / cost was $400)
Web Design : Coded by a professional CSS designer
Custom Mods : Modded to work like NO OTHER link list (surfers love it) and expertly SEO'd
Traffic Script : Arrow Trader Lite 3 (free script, custom modded to trade with text and thumbs)
My host can handle the transfer to your own server. I will of course send you all necessary info as well : psds, domain transfer, usernames and passwords.
Payment is by epassporte only. If you need a character reference from someone well known in the industry, just ask. I expect payment first before any transfer of ownership. Although not famous, I'm at least known and trusted myself.
I honestly hate to let this go, but I'll never have time for it, and it would be a shame for someone not to put it to good use. Run it or flip it, it's up to you.
