    Everyone relax the DIAGNOIS was OK......

    Cliff Notes:

    My back as gradually been on the decline last few months...Doc to Orthopaedist and today to Pain Management team in the Hospital....

    Doc was good....Pinpointed the pain to the dot after i gave him the region...gave me injection of anesthetic and a steriod in back and gave me Muscle relaxers to take.... Its a nasty muscle spasm that doesnt seem to go away....
