I think 18 is is about right - but there are some girls/guys that are mature enough to do porn at 17 or even 16 that would be aware of the implications of what they are doing.

The law says 18 - you must have 2257 documents. To young is 1 minute before the 18th birthday. It isn't difficult.

Now, one of the problems is that some sites work with the images to try to get the "most young" looking thumb possible for a set. They crop to get the smallest breast, the "very bald" beaver shots, etc. The site you listed, from what I could see scanning the page, didn't have anything anywhere near bad enough to raise a flag - some of it is a little questionable, but they aren't pushind hard.

here the depiction of sexuals intercourse involving minor is forbidden (i'm not sure that my english is very good, sorry). It means that drawing with minors is forbidden too. So even if a girl is adult it could be forbidden to show her, because the representation is forbidden, and not the fact that she is really minor. (of course when she is minor it is forbidden).

Also if people can see your website in france, you could be sued in france for this even if you are very far and don't give a fuck about france.

well if that guy posted a picture or a link to a picture of what he suggested may be underage girls, it would be subjective anyway, as its images/videos, but even in that context, the age you have to appear under is 18
