If you think they don't know where they are getting shitloads of traffic then you are sadly mistaken. They know it's coming from torrent sites.

All the reputable ones convert roughly the same. I think everyone should support the one that stands up and shows support for the webmasters on this issue and stop sending traffic to the others.

Last time someone posted about that they waited 5 days to give an official answer, and then issued a statement that "it's beeing discussed" will they terminate such activity or not. I'm not sure have they officially discussed it yet and gave the response after that. I haven't seen it, but im not that much on gfy. They're quick to bash on spyware however.

Torrent is an on-going problem, well kinda. The problem is Webmasters need to something to bitch about when it comes to ratios... So this month its torrent sites.

I'm not even a webmaster of that sort nor i make money sending joins to people, so i don't care for ratios or torrents, but the fact that they're quick to jump into "fuck spyware" and things like that, but tend to miss threads where they're called out for things similar to that is hipocrisy, so i'm calling it out.

Pick any major sponsor and with a little digging you will find a torrent connection. They actually all admitted it themselves by NOT responding to a recent "Who doesn't support torrents?" thread I believe started by DWB . They didn't respond so as to not deter potential traffic and also because they know that bored mofos like me would find a link from them to torrents if they did post.
