From what I can remember the webmaster is Australian, so 2257 regs don't strictly apply to him. There are local regs to follow but none of the images look to be sexually explicit (I just quickly skimmed them)

However, using a likeness for commercial purposes without a signed release is definitely not legal.

There's also copyright violation to consider.
