I think his point is that the redtube owner shouldnt be making anything off stolen content to begin with, not actually asking how.

YouTube clone scripts are easy to find, anyone can do it, but unless its amateur unlicensed content or content you paid for, you should get called out, your sponsors should withhold payments, and the webmaster should be blacklisted.

Some of the content offered by redtube.com is way too long for the normal promotional content offered by adult programs and such content just looks stolen. If they are hosting all the content themselves and if the views are right then they must go through tuns of bandwidth, perhaps they cannot cover their overhead.
