- not really interested in paysites, affiliate programs or tgps (if the price is right, may consider it though)
- doesn't have to have have significant income or traffic
- MUST have backlinks, MUST have PR>0 AND MUST currently be indexed by google
- MUST be legal in the US
- I will pay a fair price if the site matches my needs
- if you are trying to find a sucker to pay 5x what the site is worth, don't even bother
