Our clients are mainly in a begin of the process (payment gateway setup, promoting, models hiring, paperwork, etc). Some of them already have 'private chat' experience with real customers and we analyze feedback provided. Also we work on customizations/ new modules development.

Our software supports any payment gateways that have Instant Payment Notification (IPN) functions. At the moment we have integration with PayMate, 2checkout, oxBill, Yaskifo, Eurobill, CCBill, Paycom, Authorize.net, iBill, eProcessing and some other gateways.

Three things are needed right away if you want to actually sell your software to any gfy member:

1)How many people max will this software support.
2)How many bps each line will support max
3)How much are you asking for your software?

Your example sites don't offer any of this information.

1) Software has no limited. Only can be Limited by hardware of a server.

2) It depend on internet line:
10 Simultaneous Connections = 128 kbps Streaming bandwidth
20 Simultaneous Connections = 384 kbps Streaming bandwidth
40 Simultaneous Connections = 768 kbps Streaming bandwidth
100 Simultaneous Connections = 1.5 Mbps Streaming bandwidth
250 Simultaneous Connections = 2 Mbps Streaming bandwidth

3) We work personally with each customer so have no standard prices for our Streaming video software. Please contact us for accurate definition of your requirements and site's configuration.

Let's say I chose the first option=10 Simultaneous Connections. How much for that?

you cant handle 10 connections with 128kb.

Flash 9 gives errors too. The demo site contains alot of bugs.

Well in fact where also interrested in this software product but I also have my doubts with 10 connections with only 128KB

This can not be real streaming video with a BIT quality also very weird that there is a website online with errors and bugs.

You told about A/V hosting?
If yes:
- If you use RED5 - free
- If you use FMS - FMS License cost

Or you told about price on our software witch 10 Simultaneous Connections?
Our software has no limit on connections.

About price on software, you can discuses witch sales managers in messengers, because we has not standard price for all customers.

Problem is not exactly in Our Software.

Adobe has created new version of Flash player and software function with it. With outmoded versions come problems. Refresh your version and it will work without problem.

Get your things right, Make sure it works in all versions above flash 8. Thats the only suggestion i can give you.

You can not tell a customer update your flash. or you want to lose money? looks like. That decision is up to you.

The problem is - new version of FLASH has new functions. The old version doesn't support them.
We can check FLASH version which our guests use and give him the FLASH PLAYER which would be supported. In this case he will not have the new functions and he could not estimate in full convenience the quality of a new FLASH PLAYER. This is the reason why we think that it would be better to offer our guests to update his FLASH , more over it take less the 1 minute.

You have a few possibilities how to make your payment:
1. You can pay the whole amount at once.
2. You can pay 50% before and 50% after the site installation.

We do not put the price on the site, because we have no standard price. We can make a deal for any budget, create a schedule of payments per month and find any other ways which would be comfortable for you.

I would love to see a REAL site that actually uses this software but they told me that telling me the name of one of their clients' sites would leave that site vulnerable to attack and only a hacker would want to know what sites use their software.

If that is pre-sales service..... god help anybody needing after sales service

At the end of the last year we were under few big hacker attacks, also here, on this forum I created theme how to save our sites and servers. Thanks to great guys here we fixed this problem and when somebody is trying to attack we know what to do. When we were under attack, also our clients had problems. This is a reason why we do not give our clients links, because we never know with whom we are speaking. And our clients are happy of this kind of service. They are doing their own advertising companies and become popular. We are just protecting our clients. Just imagine you have your own site and somebody gets your domain name from our managers and started hackers attack. Will you be happy that we gave your domain? Each person who is not hacker will say, no do not give my URL to everybody. About the after sale support. We have few clients who changed the software because of the support. They moved to our software, because we offer very well after sale support and we are in contact with our clients all the time they need us. Our managers are online almost 24 hours in messengers and video chat. All clients questions are requests are solved very quickly.
