questions...

do you have 24/7 icq support if the server crash on the dedicated plan? can you guarantee someone will be on it and replace hardware within 15 mins?

also what's the overage per GB on this plan?

do you take epassporte?

Honestly I am deciding on the icq support, we are going to try it, but I have a feeling it may be trouble, but my guys will have it up. And as cool as it sounds, a 15 minute guarantee is unrealistic, there. to go out to the server, take it out of the rack, bring it in to the noc, grab a (name your part here) making sure you got the right diagnosis, placing it in, checking it, bring it out to the rack/cab screwing the thing in, booting it, etc minimum that takes a while. I can guarantee, we can get started on fixing it immediately, but I won't lie to you. that would be stupid. If it were a hard drive and there was only one, and we had to extract the data from the first etc, that could take an hour, even with small files.
so on to the next question, I prefer ach or cc, but if epassporte is the only way, yes I can.

Oh and overage is 40/Mbps or 14 cents per GB if you prefer it that way.

as for a 15 minute time, I have worked NOC before for a ISP and in theory it sounds good but not realistic during times of shit hitting the fan

anyways, if I can hit you up tomorrow with a current plan and see what you have to offer, I am ready to sign.

what i mean is under 15 mins for you to _start_ working on a server crash. how long it takes to fix is not possible to guarantee of course. all i need is someone to start directly in case it's ever needed.
