ive joined a few of there Aff: programs and made off with about $3,279.00 bucks, now these fuckers e-mail me today and tell me that i cant have any of my money because i'm only 16 years old and NOT 21, not after reading all of there rules:
they fail to say any fucking thing about a person must be 21 years to sign up to there fucking programs, BUT it's aokay to join there site and post porn videos and pictures if your 18 years, now the fucking owner wants to change the rules all of a sudden when i ask him where was my check, he comes to me with this AMERICAN bullshit about, ohh your under age to get paid, you have to be 21 years old in order for us to pay out any moneys due. notice, this bullshit is not writen down ANYWHERE on there rules sheets nor there site what so ever.
so now what happens next, do i just sit here and take that bullshit or do i get myself a lawer and bite a hole in there fucking ripp off scams. and by the way FUCK ZANGO there part of this whole fucking scam i feel it in my skinny bones. ahhhhh i'm PISSED THE FUCK OFF!

Next as a minor you can not enter into a contract and you are not bound by their TOS, so they can not change it on you. They must pay you since they failed to get your age before becoming their independant advertising contractor.
Only issue that sucks for you is you say your in Japan so odds are airfair will cost you just as much as you stand to win.

good info. but heres the trippy part, go and read there TOS and it saids nothing about the age what so ever, the owner first e-mailed me sayinig wow, your makeing nice money, then i e-mails him back saing, thanks, two days later he comes to me again via e-mail and saids, ooh you only 18 sorry we can't pay out any checks to anyone whos under the age of 21 and i'm so like wtf.. but i will be in amerca this weekend, coming to New York City. i like so want my fucking money.
