Add these fuck ups to your blacklists.

They offered a promo, and I responded, which led to them offering me a return time of 24 hours.

This was around 2 weeks ago. I sent Mike an ICQ late the next day (I was promised it would be done in the morning, so was not pestering him for the design) asking for a progress report. He told me they were backed up and I'd have to wait until the 24th for my design. I was okay with this because the promo was a good deal.

24th roles around, Mike fails to contact me. I sent him an icq that was ignored. The next day I sent him an email and have yet to see a response.

Mike, I'm still expecting my design. STOP IGNORING ME.

It doesn't matter whether money was exchanged or not. He offered a service and you relied on that service.

In all honesty I wasn't overly impressed with the proofs that he came back to me with, so when he fell out of contact I wasn't overly concerned. He seemed like a nice guy, he probably just took on more than he could handle.

I never even saw proofs. It doesn't matter if he took on more work than he could handle, he could of let me know. He's ignored me for days.

I'm not ignoring you.
In fact I sent you an email dated March 27th (in reply to the one you sent me on the same day) saying that I was still working on the projects before yours, and that if you wanted to still wait around that's fine, otherwise you could cancel the order with no hard feelings.

It's my fault for being so backed up. But I'm really not trying to ignore you, I've been on ICQ all day for the past three days.

The promo was poor planning on my part, I agree. I wasn't planning on so many people ordering full site designs. I should have thought it through better.

However, to make up for the mistake I made in planning I will give you your site for free, if you still want it. That way there are no hard feelings. I did in fact tell you a deadline which I missed, twice. That is not usual for me, and I really am sorry.

I have one more project I'm finishing up today and then I will get yours done and email you the finalized product when I'm done.

I'll be on ICQ for the rest of the day today as well, should you wish to discuss this.

Big Rod, if you are the one who ordered the two blog designs a while back, I emailed you back with the changes you requested and never heard anything back from you. I still have them here if you want me to send them again. Email me or ICQ me.

Yeah they put my design on back order. When I brought up another "quick" project, it was done in 5 minutes. I should have thought, it looked good dont get me wrong, but when my other guy (who does great work btw) saw it, he said that was 3 minutes tops he spent on that. and charged me 85 bux I googled and as said before, found the same "template" many times over. BUMP for my boy Slap Dot.
