i just saw the advertising for visit-x on the board.
they are happy to take the traffic ... but they keep having problems with statistics, change their system etc ... and suddenly you are rid of all your good clients and money ... they still owe me several 10k

Hmmmm...I know they upgraded all their systems and have a much better product. But knowing them, they simply arent the thieving type. Just not their way...I will hit them up and find out what the deal is for you.

i promoted them about 10 years, send them lots of traffic, had regular visitors spending lots of money there and now i dont get any money from them any more ... make up your own idea about that

here you can see what they did. after running the program for many years, suddenly all webmasters where cut off their clients they refered and the statistics. it was visit-x before and visit-x after. the only difference was, before the affiliates got the money and after visit-x kept it on their own accounts.
but this was only the top of it. before that switch doubts about the correctness of the statistics was there constantly.

i talked with visit-x and they said that my visitors didnt bring hardly any money after the switch. (i earned several thousand euros every month before) and above i should prove how much they brought ... how could i, without having access to the statistics ... but they can ... every month on their bank account ... because they have my money on their bank account.

and believe me .. i am not the only one ... there are thousands of webmasters (especially in germany) with the same experience.

1) You signed a contract with the "Webmasterlounge" a long time ago, this company managed the affiliation of VISIT-X before, THEY cancelled your contract a few years ago as they cancelled the contract with VISIT-X

2) We asked those webmasters to become a VISIT-X-Affiliate again with the new management

3) Now you dis us because you try to be a competitor

4) esCupido.com is still using VISIT-X and is paid out monthly

5) We have a few thousand webmasters since 2004 and they are gettin' more and more every day and we also provide big companies with our cam-streams worldwide, and all are very satisfied with our service and products, you don't find any negative feedbacks - neither from the webmasters nor from the chat-hosts from all over the world

6) We stop the discussion here and recommend Fair Play

I always play fair! If you want to join me with that:

1) Give me the money, that all the visitors i refered you over years, spent on visit-x since your agent webmasterlounge stopped paying me ... because that money is still on your bank accounts.

2) Pay me all the money these visitors spend in future.

That would be fair. And do not ask me to prove you what they spent. Because you are the only one holding the statistics. Just check what i made in the past and thats all i expect for the time passed since than.

And to your 2) ... nobody offered me anything. Like me, probably thousands of webmasters lost loads of money ... which you still hold back.
And actually i stopped supporting you and started something myself, because your statistics where never correct. I tested it regularly and communicated with your support. And than finally you ... through your agent stopped paying all affiliates completely. What do you think is fair about that?

1. i was your affiliate
2. i put very much effort in promoting visit-x
2. i sent visitors to visit-x
3. they spent money on your website
4. i just expect my fair share of the earnings

please put as much effort in trying to pay me my fair share as i put into promoting you.
thats all i expect from a good affiliate program. and not any legal tricks to get around that.

they say ... ok, the money is on our account, but before our company structure was different ... so you have no right to get this money from us now.

so be careful ... the visit-x promoting this affiliate program here is not the same legal subject running the website .... same situation like several years ago when i started to promote them
