I will rather tell you some of the particulars right here as others may be interested.

At this point, when you catch a cheater you enter his info in to the system such as email, Epassporte accounts etc.

The system then cross links reports and will show if the same person (as identified by various variables) has been reported more then once.... to give the report more credibility.

You can also choose to receive email notifications whenever a new cheater is reported in the system, this way you can stay on top of the issue and disable their accounts before they hit you.

However, this system is still a baby and will be expanded but it already does the job.

That would be pretty low for you to do as most of us would be cross checking the info and we could tell that it was bogus being most cheaters all have wacky info same epass accts or you see a pattern with their sites or there would possibly come a time when that webmaster would want to know why they are banned from various programs and It would be easy to see who listed them as a cheater ;)

There will be a dispute function, should you enter a "scammer" that I find to be a legit affiliate I would file a dispute against your report. As more and more disputes would be filed against your reports we would initiate a more in depth investigation.

Upon eliminating all reasonable doubt regarding what you're up to proper actions would be taken.

The only thing worse then scamming affiliates is scamming affiliate programs

I am not to sure about the perticulars to this system and how it is setup but I would caution you on unarbitrarily or automatically withholding payment or disabling accounts which are listed by others in any "blacklist" type system. It would possibly be more prudent to just request the listed affiliate to provide more identification information or flag for further account review. Sounds like if a program manager has any issue with an affiliate outside the realm of cheating they could cause serious harm to a legitimate person. There is a reason stores don't anymore post in public bad check writers but report them to national databases which are government by laws like the Fair Credit Reporting Act allowing consumers rights to dispute and privacy.

i'd use this. this past week alone i caught two assholes attempting to defraud us using trustcash. preloading accounts with stolen credit cards and then buying memberships through their affil ids in trust cash.

they both got shit canned.
