LOVE THE STUFF! Use it mostly for my Trader Joe's orange sauce chicken - gives it a good little "kick". Hot but not too hot - actually has flavor. I use it more than Tobasco now.

I have discovered mostly by an odd dare that I actually like the more homemade style of it that is in a red jar at the thai places better. Looks like fire engine red chili paste in a jar, ussually right next to the jar full of chili flakes in oil.

Though that will do in a pinch.

Off the chain! Love that stuff. I remember in my broke days there was a chinese restaurant next to my house and i use to go there and get steamed rice and orange chicken for $2.35. I would pour teriyaki sauce on the rice and use that hot sauce on the chicken. That hot sauce has been with me through some rough times and that chinese place saved my life!

I had this stuff .. stole it from a restaurant downtown .. and haven't been able to find it anywhere .. threw the bottle out and couldn't remember the fucking name to search it ..
