Aebn following in VS steps?

I used to promote AEBN about 3+ years ago, did some sales, only had a few links up, but the rebills still come.

Today I was notified that my account will be put into foreclosure because I havent sent any traffic.

Just some info, Currently I do not run any sites, I only do dating promotion, and build sites for people.

But I have checks coming in from 2002 from sponsors I don't even push anymore.

Its not that its actual a big dollar amount, its the fact I have to go ahead and still push traffic to keep my account.

If those old members are still buying why should AEBN care of you send anymore or not. they are still getting the benefit of the ones you did send. Hell they only payout 20%

How can the agreement a person signed up for be changed retroactively by one party? I can see saying all NEW sales, blah blah...but OLD sales?

This trend could see the death of revshare altogether.

another thing is I've never received any notice of a change in their TOS. Shouldn't they have to notify affiliates of any changes? If not legally just out of good business sense and respect?
