Personally I think the best way to make money with webcam traffic is to promote sites that are not over saturated or long time establised. The big sites already have hundreds of thousands of members and hundreds of co branded sites pointing to them and so much of your traffic is probably either already members of these sites or at least familiar with them.

Also...remember that everybody here is selling something, and understand that a recommendation or praise for a particular site that has an affiliate link in it is possibly not as sincere as one that does not.
