They would not even be broke if they just went for something standard like CCBILL or 3rd party processing first. Then the checks wouldnt be a problem guranteed.

They recently made a lot of changes to the program site and claimed they were also changing something at accounting (that would be solved by early this month).

Being a known company/brand I trusted this, guess I was wrong

I have not been paid since May. Sylvia used to answer my inquiries but now has stopped completely. Sad thing is that the "bigger" affiliates are still getting paid. They owe our company over $1,100 at this point.

Used to be, then they took their program in house in March of this year. Soon after the problems began and affiliate employees started leaving (Media, Cody, Lorenzo). After the last one left, they brought Sylvia from Webquest back, at least I think she still works for Webquest, to try and salvage what was left of the in house program.

If everyone would turn off the water....so to speak, they may get their shit together. If I was an affiliate going through what you guys have gone through, listening to bullshit excuses, not getting paid.....I would have dumped them long ago.

Leaving links active only makes them more money and you less. Why not switch to another program where your hard work is paid for? And you get paid on time!

Bottom line, no one works for free and they are feeding off every affiliate?s hard work that is still promoting them.

- someone quit from account and things are behind, will be back to normal next week.
- accounting department was overhauled, will be back to normal shortly.
- you will be paid Monday, then Monday comes...you will be paid Friday...and repeats.
- Joe needs to sign off on the payments (heard this a couple times, over the course of 2.5 months)
- accounting guy (Robert) isn't in, will be next week.
- was told by Sylvia that payments were going out for sure between the 11th - 15th of August, no payments made.
- Robert had to have his gallbladder removed won't be in until next week.
- sent my epassporte to my GGW login username instead of my epassporte username on the account (this happened once in May and was reversed). Last I talked to them a few days ago they used this excuse again, however...nothing has shown up in my epassporte account since they said it was reversed again.
- couple weeks ago someone new started in accounting, again promised me payments were going out that day and nothing...then said by the end of the week...and of course nothing.

They know exactly what is going on and you as an affiliate will be the last to know. I mentioned before, shut off the money train and see how quick they come back with more apologetic excuses...asking for more time and for all affiliates to be patient.

I have a feeling the check in the mail is nothing more than a stall tactic, besides that, their excuses are lame and unprofessional. Even if they paid up, would you still be willing to deal with a company that treats its affiliates in this manner???

I wish you all the best of luck getting paid, but I would not hold my breath waiting on them to come through.....sad, but true

yeah, i got the switching bank excuse back in June and then again about a week ago...it's funny, cause all the time on the phone I'll remind them and be like "oh yeah, you used that excuse 2 months ago"...and then they'll feed me some other bullshit.

As far as using them again, I wouldn't as my main sponsor right away...but would send them some traffic just to see if they got their shit together and started paying out on time. The conversions are too good not to use them, if they pay on time.
