I had no plans to scam anyone, or him, I'm not a scammer, I told him I'd refund him as soon as paypal would load my account, which according to their terms is 3 to 5 business days, that was on monday night, should have been in my account by lastnight, but apparently my bank refused it for some reason, and I was looking for someone to do an epass to paypal transfer for me, and finally found someone and refunded him, like I said I was going to do.

If I was out to scam him or anyone, I'd do it for 10 to 100x more then $50, I'd have to make it worth not showing my face on GFY again...

But obviously the kid was to fucking impatient.

It's done now, he got his refund, I have screenshots, and emails from paypal showing it, so I don't care anymore.

They don't hesitate taking the funds out of my bank account but it does take up to 10-14 days for it to get to my paypal account.I don't understand why it takes so long

I don't use credit cards, and I don't have a debit card for the account attatched to my paypal, so can't use a credit card, plus I have hard copy with my bank as to where the money went, I prefer to use it that way.
