I paid for this content on Sunday 16th. I understand when someone is busy or has problems, but you have ACTIVELY ignored me and LIED to me.

First I told you it was possible to upload to my server,
Then you'd Fedex it but you never sent the tracking number,
Then you ignored me,
Then turns out you had problems with Fedex,
Then I sent the FTP info,
Then you said you'd upload it but had problems,
Then I sent the FTP info again,
Then you'd upload it from your friend's but had problems,
Then I said "ENOUGH" and you said your girlfriend had Fedex'd it and would give me the tracking number
Then your girlfriend never added me to ICQ but you sent me a tracking number via email.
A FAKE tracking number.

It takes 24 hours to load onto the system, but it's been 40+ and nothing, I called Fedex Customer Service and they said the number didn't exist.

So, I want my content uploaded TODAY, or, if you had no intention to send the content, I want my money back. No way around this. Good day.

What I knew was about him closing his aff program and screwing people out of their rebills. I also heard he had been paying off debts and nobody came up to say that he was lying about this. I also try to believe in the good spirit of people and he did seem to be trying to get back on his feet and do things right.

Also... it was something that costs him nothing to give out... it's not as if he was selling something physical and he already had big income from it... plus, it wasn't that much money so I thought it would be more of a pain in the ass to scam for little and also, if he was looking for more credibility here he wouldn't risk it. Seems I was wrong or he's actually having difficulties, in which case this thread will be updated with a positive outcome if there is one.

I will try and overlook the fact that you have never ever had to say anything remotely constructive in any thread that I have started.

I did not believe that he was going back to the right track because he said so, I believed it because there were no posts contradicting him when he said so. They were always posts by people he did not owe money to, saying "have you paid the ones you owed?" - I didn't find one that said "He hasn't paid me, he's lying about it"

He made a couple of sales and people didn't come back posting he had scammed them. That's why I AM posting about this, in case I have been scammed, and also in case I have not so people still have a warning sign on how it is conflictive to deal with him... I WILL comment on his threads and I have filed a complaint with ePassporte.

Just so that it's known, I was finally paid in full by Batts. Sadly it took me coming to the board and posting that thread along with other people (CTB) putting pressure on him to do the right thing. The list of excuses you have gotten are consistent with the ones I got daily from him.

You don't see me posting in his threads much because as said I this time all monies owed have been paid in full to me and I have tried to remain professional and not kick him when he's down. I kicked him hard enough to send him falling face first to begin with.

I wish you the best of luck with either getting the content or money refunded.
