I tried to withdraw today and at ATM i got message Insufficinent Funds. I checked epass online and saw the reason was someone used my card in Tunisia. Today is 6th of December, their transaction date was 5th of December and still ATM said insufficient funds... So I guess my card was copied and pin screened thats how they maanged to make it. Its under investigation with Epass now.

all teh transactions thievs made dated as Jan 5th, $900+ total. So they managed to withdraw $900 in a day!!! How the fuck is that possible at all?

first of all im sure it is ATM bcs it clearly states ATM name even, so it's electron fucked.
it is not BLAMING, it is saying my epass card is fucked. Epass is looking into it to help.

Epass is not now nor to my knowledge has it ever been a 24 hour system. Your limit resets at the same time every day (although it may vary with daylight savings time). So you can withdraw money 5 minutes before your limit resets, and then again right after. There's no need to wait 24 hours.

My advice to those who are worried having their card skimmed, use the epass wallet. Let your funds go automatically to the wallet, and then transport it a few moments before you hit the ATM to your available funds. In times like these you have to play safe. And change your pin code from 0000 to 1234 or something ;)
