Can you use icq on a mac?

I have several friends that have tried to download icq on their mac but it doesn't
work. Is icq compatible with mac? Is there a different way to install it?

Bingo! Adium is the god of IM for the mac. If you search around there is even a skype add on for it, but I don't believe it allows you to use the calling to a land line feature of skype.

Adium did not work for me... there was like a hour delay in the messages going thru.

I use icq on it, its a old crappy version, but does the job.
