I decided to give juicyads a try.

I open an account, fund it with my payoneer card.

Transaction goes through: 02/10/2009 01:59 PM TIGER MEDIA INC O

Half hour later transaction is voided and my account suspended

Card is well funded, it is in my name, what happened???
