I recomend just paying the taxman. A person should be smart enough to have saved enough money over the course of the year to pay his/her taxes. Of course if you file your taxes quarterly this is even less of an issue.

I don't use Epasspore for payments, but I do know you can create gift accounts under any name you want. I have to imagine that if you created a gift account from a library or coffee shop, got the ATM card in the mail, and pulled out cash with it after being paid, it'd be near impossible to prove anything.

Then again, I'm a pussy with that stuff and am probably one of the few people in the world that reports every dime.
