Barefootsies is selling content he has no rights for.

Over 10,000 female celebrities, and 70+ GB of content. Mainly pictures. Some watermarked. Most not. A little of everything from candid, paps, skin, leg, etc..

I have been doing celebrity sites, by hand, for over a decade. Collecting, and updating daily

He steals other photographers' content and then resells it.

there is a "fair use" policy that allows websites to use content for news\reviews etc. read up about Mrskin - i think they had a pretty big case about it

but you cant just steal it and resell it to other webmaster. he has no copyright documents for it anyway.

you on the other hand are trying to sell content packages of stuff that you do not own the rights to and didn't even purchase. selling content that you stole from other sites over the years is theft and it is illegal.

yes there are grey area loopholes that allows you to post celeb content on websites, im sure that mrskin has a legal team that lets them do it. you on the other hand are selling packages of content to webmasters. so that makes you a thief.

Furthermore, I have yet to see you in any other celebrity site promo, or tube content threads showing your outrage. Basically reinforcing that the issue is not copyright, fair use, or any of the other terms, or names you'd like to throw around. It is just personal selective trolling.

Even if it is legal. So are user uploaded tube sites, yet everyone here still calls them "illegal tubes" and says they are stealing and its theft, barefootsites himself has been pretty open that he is against tube sites, crying in many a thread. Hopefully now he will stop bashing tubes since what he is doing is just as grey an area.
