Nope. I am not going anywhere. Already filming for new company.

Basically getting out of one production company, and 5+ year partnership and going it alone. Business partner needs to sell out because of his legal trouble. I bought out content library, but now just selling off the remaining assets to get him his 30%, and he can sign off on LLC and business bank account, credit line, so it can be closed, and he be on his merry way.

Higher cash offer (than the $4k) has been made. Two days ago in fact. I had also received the trade, the partials, the over time proposals, and so on.

Just deciding if I want to wait it out or not. Not everyone has the cash immediately on hand. So it comes down to closing out the deal and putting this shit behind me, or waiting it out the time they need to capitalize and cash out.

Understood on all accounts, and noted for the record.

Last group of clip stores sold with one private conversation, a wire that day, and was done within the hour. A lot of big dollar transactions I have done are from non-board personalities. In fact most. I have closed some XX,XXX business in the past few months off GFY alone and not including the sales of a few other select boards between websites, content, advertising, and other deals. So anything is possible.

Not discounting your offer friend. I appreciate your persistence. Thanks for putting it out there. I will make note of your 48 hour deadline.

Right now it comes down to getting double your offer ($8k, stores only), and possibly a wait. Or cashing out for lower dollar value. Or considering one of the other proposals. Each has it's trade offs. As in almost any sale.

Seems to be common complaint for a lot of people, since it is around tax time.
