i believe so but i am not sure. its kinda sad really. If people are so hard up for money they have to lie and cheat. im sure if a group of webmasters got to together and filed a something to the Better Business maybe these guys would get sued and they would be gone forever from the scene and we wouldnt have to see their fat ugly bald asses around here anymore
