I'm in the domain business for the most part (some exceptions) and frankly do not have the time to dedicated to building up a nice tube site for this domain, also the price would jump drastically if I started putting time and money into it, ie. design, scripts, time, etc. If I did that and tried selling this for $1500-2000+ I think I'd have an even harder time selling it than for a easily $500 to be honest.
