He might've gotten the smooth talkin' that we got from them when we first said to pull our titles....they pleaded for us to remain with them and bumped up our payouts to get us to stay (and even sent us a little money owed to us)...so we fell for it and stayed. not a fucking dime from them since but we've since pulled everything permanently.

Everything I say is documented in emails (we're asking out attorneys about posting the emails on a site to warn people about xod).
