This site is a nice one for someone who has the green and drive to take it to the next level. I am investing in other things, and before it just drops completely off in traffic, keywords, and so forth.

I figure I can still find someone who wants to be a serious player in niche, and needs a leg up. The keywords/domain alone are worth it. Not to mention content library and traffic.
