national net down again

anyone is using nationalnet servers at this moment?
I had 7 hours downtime last weekend and today I'm getting another downtime with them........ Is just me or someone think they are the worst hosting ever see

We have a lot of our programs stuff on nat net. So I just checked. Everything seems to be up for us.

This is part of an announced planned maintenance to upgrade and relocate some network equipment. It is only affecting some small parts of the network. There are a couple of minor issues making the upgrade take a little longer than usual but things should be back to normal in a bit...

Yes...you're completely correct. Based on our lab tests and planning, there should only have been a short interruption. We are working as quickly as we can and should have this resolved very soon.

I'm on Nat Net. All my sites/servers are stll up. The only extended down time I have had was last week and I had 24 hr notice before they moved my servers.

I have gone dedicated since 01 and I have not been as happy with service since then. Been with Nat Net for 2+ yrs now

Thanks, everybody! This is just one of those things where we needed to make some upgrades and we knew there would be short outages but as they say "sometimes the best laid plans". That's why we try to do these things during overnights on Saturday Night.....that is the absolute lowest point in traffic of any given week for our customers and affects everyone the least if something doesn't go according to plan.

We apologize that it took longer than we had planned but it is all done now and everything is 100%.
