So far I heard it is very humid (99%) and someone said the weather was perfect at 10:30 PM.

All I have really heard so far.

I just grabbed food but am heading back down in a minute. The speed networking was great! The humidity at lunch time was ugh. And why oh why isn't that sports bar across the way open in the daytime for lunch?

Great crowd of people who all seem to want to do business.

The show is great. I was scared when I got in this morning as the crowd wasn't as big as in past years.

And affiliates are at this show, it's not just billers and programs doing b2b.

Im not there but I will answer, it was the best show of the year. I did enough business to pay for the show and pay off my house.

It depends on your motivation for coming.

I have gotten to meet more people, and do more business than most shows. From those I have been hanging with, they would mirror that sentiment.

So if you came for business, and to meet decision makers. It is an awesome show.

If you came for partying, boozing it up, see naked women, and debotchery of the past shows and what not. This is lame compared to those of the past.

I just got done playing that strip game show upstairs. They had some chicks who stripped for every right answer. So they got you covered.

The Florida heat in August is un-fucking-bearable. Especially hanging poolside unless you are in the water. So I do not fault ole BD for not coming.

I was married to a TX chick so I was forced to deal with the south in the summer a few times. Won't happen again.

Although, I am headed to DC on Sunday and I have a feeling it won't be much better.

I can't blame you there. Michigan has been very very mild this year. I have only been out on the SeaDoo maybe 8 times all summer. So this was my first suffocating humidity to deal with all year.

That said, unless I do another panel. This is probably my last show until Jan and Vegas.
