Looking to sell one of my sites

The site has been up for about a year exactly, gets mostly SE traffic and return visitor traffic and makes a steady new signup / recurring membership income from premium memberships. The domain itself is a couple years older.

91k free/registered users, couple hundred premium members

Site requires little to no maintainence, I pay someone 40$/week to help with advertising and I could explain to you how to pay someone 100-150$/week to handle the entire site for you. It's running on a custom version of clipshare with 1,700$ worth of custom mods (I got a really good price on the mods and they could've easily costed closer to 3,000-4,000$)

I'm looking for 40,000$ USD minimum and you'll have to show proof of having the money before further information (including the URL) is discussed

The reason for the sale, even though the site makes great money, requires little to no work, good SEO and is steadily increasing in traffic and sales is for a new project I'm working on outside of the adult industry (mainstream stuff) and also to help pay off some debt.

Well, when you sell sites, rebills you do not count as well as what you pay for advertising. Its what u make monthly but good luck

And rebills can easily be transferred to anyone with a CCBill account. With the rebills being just as consistent and just as plentiful as the new subscriptions, there's no way I'd consider a sale that wasn't taking rebills into account.

Not to argue with you or anything but unless your selling and getting out of the biz completely, giving away all your rebills with just 1 site that your selling is a little coo coo. Iv sold one of my sites for almost 100k and that did not include my rebills. The sale was based upon monthly income of the site without rebills. Now that you mention it, I have never heard of a sale with rebills included unless people are getting out of the biz. Like i said, not arguing but just saying. Bump for you!

Then I had someone put down a deposit and actually SEND me 10k through epass but wanted to pay 3k/week to aquire the site... also didn't work

Site took down 5.3k for August, 5.1k for Sept, 4.6 in July, 4.3 in June

I will take 45,000$ from any serious buyers, also open to partnerships
