Ok I got the real scoop on that Tila Tequila/Shawne Merriman fight

I got this straight from one of the girls who was at Shawne's house that night.

Shawn and Tila were out at the clubs and a bunch of people came back and partied at his house. Everyone was really drunk. Shawne was ignoring Tila and ended up messing around with 2 other girls. Tila wanted to try to make Shawne jealous and jumped on Shawnes manager. Shawne apparently did not give a fuck (what self respecting guy would?) so Tila got really pissed off and decided to call the cops and make up a story about her getting beaten.

The cops show up and realized she was drunk off her ass. They thought the entire situation was funny but still had to take the report because it was a domestic abuse charge.

So the moral of the story is if you are going to associate with skanky attention whores it is best to have other people around so when those said attention whores make false charges you have people to back you up.

I think theres a little more to the story. Highly unlikely someone files an assault charge based on nothing more than hurt feelings ( granted women are crazy like that )

I'm not saying your story is bullshit , just that your sources story is likely lacking some detail that could make all the difference in the story. i.e. if they were alone then nobody knows what happened other than the 2 of them. If they were in a room full of people "something" must have happened or it would be insane to accuse someone of assault.

My guess would be girls were yelling or something , shawne prob held tila back, she got pissed cause she was drunk, or they were arguing in another room and nobody really knows what happened, and it likely wasnt serious or she would have some marks.

Ok I was drunk when I first talked to that girl and also when I made the original post. I just talked to her again (both of us sober this time) and got more detailed info.

So like I said several people went back to Shawne's house. Everyone was shit-faced drunk. Shawne was messing around with 2 girls and Tila got super jealous. Shawnes manager is there and Tila pulls his pants down and starts sucking his dick. Shawne did not give a shit . Tila proceeds to run around the house buck ass naked freaking out because Shawne was still getting it on with the 2 girls.

Tila then calls Shawne the "N" word. Tila HITS Shawne. Shawne tries to calm her down. Tila calls the cops and gets Shawne arrested.

I don't know about any "citizens arrest". I asked the girl and she did not even know what that means. She just said the cops showed up and arrested Shawne.
