and they are based out of tailand. Grrr

Hey mate I saw your post about theft of your pictures, i had a chat with one the guys in my team he had a look the company that regulates premium number is http://www.phonepayplus.org.uk/ so you can contact them and talk to them about it if you can persuade them they will stop the service, I had one of the guys look into it a bit more and he said there is a phone number 08450261060 that belongs to the same regulatory body that deals with this kind of stuff. honestly I personally dropped the ball on handling this myself and won't have time until after New Years to get back on their ass, but I passed the info along to a couple other people who all sent DMCA notices and several emails to the company and CC'd me on everything and nobody has heard anything yet..

They're not held by the same laws as an American.

This is exactly why sites like The Pirate Bay was able to function for so long.

A DMCA to them is useless.

I did not send out an DMCA, Tarpy did and Ariel Rebel did and 2 days later they took the pictures down. I went traveling/shooting for like a month straight and when I got home got the CC emails they sent to them and me and noticed the pics were taken down. So ask them about the details. I'm just grateful they did. 1 down, 10000 to go Found 3 facebook pages using my stolen pics THIS WEEK. ugghhh..

I see more and more tube sites stealing stuff. It really gets old. My main lady.."Baby Ruthie" has had her stuff stolen from so many of these guys it's unreal. Make sure to contact your attorney...and send these people out a letter. If they don't take your stuff down... go after them like a pit bull!
